How to manage return/exchange requests?

The admin has full control over handling return/exchange requests for both placed and delivered orders. It is entirely at the discretion of the admin to accept or reject these requests based on predefined conditions.


  • Go to Orders on the left side panel. Navigate to Exchange/returns.



  • You can see all the return/exchange requests made by the customers below.

  • Click on the pending request that you want to view.






  • You can see the complete details about the order including the reason mentioned for exchange/return.

  • After analyzing all the details and reasons you can click on the Accept or Reject button.




  •  Click on the  Yes or Cancel button as you want to complete the request.





  • After accepting the request you will see new options as shown below:


Generate pickup - If a customer has requested a return or exchange of a product, then you can initiate the pickup by clicking on this button.




  • Click on the Yes button.




 Mark as refunded - Click this button if you have refunded the money.
