The admin has full control over handling return/exchange requests for both placed and delivered orders. It is entirely at the discretion of the admin to accept or reject these requests based on predefined conditions.
Go to Orders on the left side panel. Navigate to Exchange/returns.
You can see all the return/exchange requests made by the customers below.
Click on the pending request that you want to view.
You can see the complete details about the order including the reason mentioned for exchange/return.
After analyzing all the details and reasons you can click on the Accept or Reject button.
Click on the Yes or Cancel button as you want to complete the request.
After accepting the request you will see new options as shown below:
Generate pickup - If a customer has requested a return or exchange of a product, then you can initiate the pickup by clicking on this button.
Click on the Yes button.
Mark as refunded - Click this button if you have refunded the money.
