When a user puts an order through your sales channels, it is recorded on the Orders page. You can also manually draft the orders in your Shopyxa admin panel that are made outside of your Shopyxa store. The admin can issue invoices to the customers for draft orders. You can handle every aspect of the orders from here in your Shopyxa admin panel.
