How to initiate a refund for an order?

Go to orders on the admin panel.

Now click on the order or search for the order you want to initiate a refund for.

Click on the "more action" button. Then, navigate to the "Refund order" option.

Now click on the "+" button.
Enter the number of items you want to refund from your order.
Enter the reason for which the refund is initiated.

Click on the" Refund" button. The refund process will be initiated.
