How to use the order status filter?

• Go to orders on the admin panel.

•  Click on "Order status" on the right side.

• There are a total 5 types of order status

1. Pending- The initial status when an order is placed.

2. Confirmed- The customer gets an order confirmation email from the store.

3. Out for delivery, the order is on the way for delivery.

4. Delivered- The order is delivered successfully to the customer. 

5. Canceled- The order is canceled by the admin on the customer's request.

• Select the preferred status that you want to view for the orders. Here you can see the orders under "out for delivery" status.

• Click on the clear button to remove the filter.
