How to manage the Inventory for products with variants?

Go to Products then navigate to inventory.

You will see the all products of your store including the variants.

You will see the following options in the inventory section:
You can choose any of the options when the items are Sold Out

Stop Selling Or Continue Selling

In stock - total items including allocated, Unavailable, and Available inventory.

Not in stock - It includes items reserved for draft orders or holds for various reasons like damage or quality control.

Allocated - It includes items from placed orders still needing to be fulfilled.

Accessible - Available inventory is what you can sell, not reserved.

Go to products whose variants inventory value you want to update.
Click on the triangle button.

You will see the list of all the product variants.

Note- If you want to set the same values for all the variants then you can do this in one go by selecting all the variants.

Select the checkbox beside the "Variants" if you want to update all the variants with the same value.

OR

Select the checkbox for variants you want to update with the same value.

Now click on the triangle button under In-stock items on the right side top.

Use the "+" sign to add new inventory.
Use the " -" sign to decrease the inventory value.
Select the reason.
Click on the save button.
