How to set the inventory value for a product and its variants?

Inventory represents the tracking of available or in-stock items or products that are ready for sale. Inventory tracking enables you to keep a check on the stock.

You can stop selling the products that run out of stock or restock them timely. So, you can adjust the inventory levels accordingly.

• Go to "Products" on the left side of the admin panel. Click on the preferred product.

• Go to the "Inventory" option.

• You can manually enter the SKU for your product.
  

• Track Quantity: You can display the inventory levels in your store by enabling the "Track Quantity" option.

• Keep accepting orders when they are out of stock : You can allow customers to place orders for the product even when it is out of stock by ticking the box.

• You can check both options at once, if you want.

Quantity

• Enter the count of the stock units for the product you are adding here.

• Click on the "Save button".

After clicking on the product, you will see the list of variants created as below. Now if you want to set the individual inventory value for each variant, then click on every variant one by one to set the value. 

• After clicking on the variant,you see a detailed window about the variant. You can edit the inventory value and settings here.

• Click on the "Update" button.

Another option to set the inventory value for all variants at once is as below:

• Go to Products. Then navigate to "inventory".

• Click on the preferred product with variants.

• Enter the inventory value for individual variants. 
  
  

• Also, you can select the option to "sell the product "or "stop selling the product" when the inventory value is reached.

• Click on "Update".
