How to change the product status?

Product Status

The status of the product tells if it is ready to be sold or not. There are two types of product status. You can change the product status for existing products at any time.

Publish: By default the product status is set to "Publish".If you add your product to "Publish,", it will be shown to the customers on the sales channels or store. They can buy the product.

Draft: If you use "Draft", the added product details can be seen by the admin only. The product will be hidden from customers on sales channels and in stores.

 While adding the product, you can set the status of the product Also, you can edit it later as per your requirements.

• Go to "Products" on the left side of the admin panel. 

• If you want to change the status of the published products,. Then click on the "Publish" option to view all the products under publish status.

• If you want to change the status of the draft products. Then click on the "draft" option to view all the products under draft status.

• Now click on the preferred product.

• Navigate to the product status option.

• Click on the "Update" button.
