Go to "Settings".Then, navigate to "Email notifications".
Note: The emails will trigger for following events for customers:
Cancel order
This email triggers when the order is canceled.
Out-for-delivery order
This email triggers when the order is out for delivery
Order confirmation
This email triggers when the order has been confirmed.
Order placed
This email triggers when the order has been placed.
Customer forgot password
This email triggers when the customer requests to reset the forgotten password.
Customer reset password
This email triggers when the customer requests for forgotten password.
Customer invite template
This email triggers when you invite a customer.
Draft order template
This email triggers when the draft order invoice to the customer.
Refund
This email triggers when creating a new refund.
Order shipped
This email triggers when the order has been shipped.
Signup template
This email triggers when the user has signed up.
Note -You can add an image for the notification logo by clicking on the "Choose image" option.
To remove the notification logo, click on the" cross" button.
Now click on the "Yes" button to remove the notification logo.
