How to enable/disable email notifications?

  • Go to "Settings".Then, navigate to "Email notifications".




 Note: The emails will trigger for following events for customers:


  • Cancel order


This email triggers when the order is canceled.


  • Out-for-delivery order


This email triggers when the order is out for delivery


  • Order confirmation


This email triggers when the order has been confirmed.


  • Order placed


This email triggers when the order has been placed.


  • Customer forgot password


This email triggers when the customer requests to reset the forgotten password.


  • Customer reset password


This email triggers when the customer requests for forgotten password.


  • Customer invite template


This email triggers when you invite a customer.


  • Draft order template


This email triggers when the draft order invoice to the customer.


  • Refund


This email triggers when creating a new refund.


  • Order shipped


This email triggers when the order has been shipped.


  • Signup template


This email triggers when the user has signed up.




Note -You can add an image for the notification logo by clicking on the "Choose image" option.


  • To remove the notification logo, click on the" cross" button.



  • Now click on the "Yes" button to remove the notification logo.
